Terms of Service

Omnix operates a subscription platform that provides access to supported games and related software modules through HWID-bound license keys. After purchase, digital software may be delivered for download and use on your own computer.

Supported titles, features, pricing, and availability may change, be added, or be removed at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee that any particular game, module, or feature will remain available for any minimum period.

Omnix may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect access or functionality. We are not obligated to provide support for discontinued products or legacy versions unless we expressly state otherwise.

Omnix strictly provides a kernel-level software component that can read from and write to memory on your own computer. This component is a technical tool; we do not control, direct, monitor, or guarantee how you use it on your device.

You are solely responsible for your actions, including compliance with applicable laws, regulations, game terms of service, and other third-party policies. Omnix is not liable for any use of the component or for any consequences arising from your use of it on your own computer.

By using Omnix, you acknowledge and accept this section. If you do not accept these responsibilities and limitations, you must not download, install, or run our software.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, to use Omnix. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

You must not use Omnix if doing so is prohibited by applicable law in your location or if you are barred from receiving our services. Where registration requires an invitation or referral code, you must provide a valid code and accurate information.

We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access if we reasonably believe you do not meet these eligibility requirements.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.

You must notify us promptly through the Contact page if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. You may not share your account, sell access to your account, or create multiple accounts to evade restrictions or enforcement.

We may verify account information, request additional details, or suspend or restrict accounts that appear fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with these terms.

Subscriptions and related purchases are paid in cryptocurrency unless we expressly state otherwise. You are responsible for sending the correct asset, amount, network, and destination address shown at checkout. Blockchain network fees, wallet configuration errors, and transaction delays are your responsibility.

Access is granted after payment is confirmed according to our platform rules, which may depend on on-chain confirmation requirements. Prices, supported payment methods, and plan details may change at any time; changes apply to future purchases unless stated otherwise.

Except where required by applicable law, all confirmed payments are final and non-refundable. Attempted payment fraud, abuse of promotional offers, or misrepresentation may result in cancellation of access and account termination.

Subject to your compliance with these terms and active subscription status, Omnix grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software and related materials for personal use. No ownership of the software is transferred to you.

Unless a plan expressly states otherwise, subscription keys are for personal use on a single HWID-bound device. You may not share, lend, resell, sublicense, or publicly distribute license keys, credentials, or software.

You may not circumvent or attempt to circumvent HWID binding, access controls, or technical protection measures. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying the software is prohibited except to the extent such restriction is not enforceable under applicable law.

You agree to use Omnix, the website, and all software lawfully and at your own risk. You may not abuse the platform, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, harass staff or other users, or use the service for fraud or unlawful activity.

You acknowledge that third-party games, platforms, and services may prohibit certain uses of software such as ours. Compliance with those third-party terms is solely your responsibility. Omnix does not authorize or encourage you to violate any third-party agreement.

We may investigate suspected violations and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities where required. You are responsible for determining whether your intended use is permitted in your jurisdiction and under applicable third-party rules.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access immediately, with or without notice, if you breach these terms, engage in fraud or abuse, create legal or security risk, or if we are required to do so by law or platform policy.

Upon termination, your license ends and you must stop using the software and delete any copies in your possession. Termination for your breach does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid.

You may stop using Omnix at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including the Kernel component, Disclaimer of warranties, Limitation of liability, Indemnification, and General provisions sections — will survive.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Omnix, the website, and all software are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, compatibility with any game or system, future availability, or any particular detection or security status.

Any material downloaded or used through Omnix is obtained at your sole discretion and risk. You are responsible for any damage to your device or loss of data resulting from such use.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Omnix and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from or related to your use of the service or software.

Without limiting the Kernel component section, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the kernel component on your own computer, including actions you take with it locally.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to Omnix for the service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) fifty U.S. dollars (USD $50). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Omnix and its operators, affiliates, and personnel from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the service or software, your breach of these terms, or your local use of the kernel component.

This includes claims by third parties relating to your conduct, your violation of applicable law, or your violation of third-party terms. We may assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate with our defense.

Your indemnification obligations survive termination of your account and cessation of use.

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes may also be highlighted on the website where practicable.

Your continued access to or use of Omnix after updated terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must stop using the service and may contact us through the Contact page regarding your account.

You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically for changes.

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy (incorporated by reference), constitute the entire agreement between you and Omnix regarding the service and supersede prior or contemporaneous understandings on the same subject.

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision or any other right.

You may not assign or transfer these terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets. No governing-law or dispute-resolution clause is included in this version of the terms.
